Robo call left message Microsoft tech department or something was closing and I was due a refund. Obviously a scam. Microsoft and/or their tech department is NOT closing (checked with them the first time) -- and -- I never paid Microsoft for anything --

They call and say you have a refund coming to you from Microsoft. When I told them I wanted to be put on their do not call list they hang up on me and call right back.
