Survey following a call I made to Currys repair service. Its ok
April 25, 2021 Had several calls so far.... no one there when responding! Looking at previous comments maybe Currys should listen to the comments on this site, and ensure their "survey" on customer care starts with answering their customers when calling!!
April 25, 2021 This number is associated with a company called "Knowhow" which has a website for tracking deliveries from currys.
They claim to deliver things but don't.
I am currently trying to track where my delivery went as I didn't receive it
Survey spam harassment. One way call. Completely pointless. Didn't even ask for a survey! Prerecorded message saying they tried to call, and that I requested it.
Currys and Knowhow are blatent liers.
Had an unwanted un-asked-for call from them a few hours after they'd delivered an item to me. As I was working nights, it was a flaming nuisance. Tired shift tonight!
