Sounded like an Asian woman, english poor and hard to understand, claimed there were problems with my Internet connection. Wanted me to switch on a lap
or computer. I asked her whether I should call the police about the problem and she hung up.
Called twice by this number asking me to re-set router settings. Pretended to be BT and Open Reach.
Good idea to check caller's number and then Google it!
Had a call this morning asking me to let them reset my PC settings to another channel. I told him that if I had any problems I will contact open reach myself. Do not engage. Total Rubbish
