Asian woman claiming to be from BT. Had very heavy accent and was in a very loud office or call centre. She was claiming that our broadband had a lot of faults on it and asking me to go online on my lap
so that she could show me! I left the call there
Very noisy call centre it was BT about internet connection. Not BT.
April 25, 2021 Claim to be from BT! SCAM! They say you have multiple issues with broadband. Link up to lap and charge you for software they download! €150.00+ these are very convincing people if you don't know about Broadband or computers!! Don't answer the call!
Claimed to be from Openreach about my Broadband. I do not use that means to connect to Internet
