I get a call from this number nearly every day. I have asked them to s calling, but it continues. This is just harassment. I can’t download apps so what can I do to block this caller?

They have called several times over the years, claiming they're from O2.
O2 doesn't call their customers.
Their staff is very rude usually.
Avoid picking up and block their number.
