Phoned my 87 year old mother. Really angry voice told her that they had been trying to contact her. Then told her to press 1 to speak to her police officer!

April 25, 2021 had the same message when answered call. When press 1 asked to leave a message. Certainly a scary moment but, when thought about it, HMRC would have contacted by post and did not ask for a particular person
