Initially you get the robot womans voice, but if you say anything like 'yes' that you have been in an accident, you are then put thru to a human, who tries to get your details etc.

Calling about a road traffic accident I have had in the past 3 years (actually haven't had!) so I asked them to give me all he details and the female caller soon ended the call!!!
