Called to try and gain access to PC remotely said it had been hacked and had been downloading illegal materials. Very threatening and abusive. Indian accent.

April 25, 2021 Obviously calling from abroad- even though code says from Wales. Didn't answer immediately and then said he was from Microsoft. Asked if he had heard of telephone preference and he just carried on talking. Told him not to call me and put phone down !
