I was called april 4th 3 times saying BOA owed me money for overcharge on fin. chg on my cc. They had a lot info, I did not have to give them much info. I was frauded and I believed their lies. BOA has not helped. My credit will be ruined but they will not get this money;

April 25, 2021 I got a call saying it was from BAnk of America. I have no accounts with them and never have. Fraudulent spam.
April 25, 2021 They told me that if I did not press 1 to talk to a representative, my credit card would be cancelled. I pressed one, and when person answered, withmid eastern accent I breathed heavy into the phone until they hung up.
