Pressed 1 to speak to the rep, asked for my name...ok. Asked for zip... Gave him wrong one but...ok. Then he stated call was being recorded by (drumroll please), the "higher authority" (God, is that you?) Then asked for my ss# and birthdate. Um, nope. So
